Papers consist of a photograph (1884) of [George W. Johnson]; negatives of a photograph (ca. 1935) of a sweetgrass basket maker at Boone Hall Plantation (S.C.) taken by Albert Sidney Johnson; a ticket (1902) to the South Carolina Interstate and West Indian Exposition for Wagener Day (May 22, 1902); preamble and constitution (n.d.) of the Charleston Camera Club; and photocopies of clippings. Clippings include newspaper articles about an exhibition of photographs by George W. Johnson as well as examples of his photographs of Charleston scenes and buildings, including many photos of the South Carolina Interstate and West Indian Exposition.
